A dynamic blend of energy, passion, and soulful music, Khalbali The Band is led by the exceptionally talented Vishal Kothari – a playback singer, composer, and writer who has been winning hearts with his versatile artistry.
Vishal began his musical journey with Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (2002) and went on to become a finalist in the very first season of Sony TV’s Indian Idol (2005). Coming from a business family with no musical background, his rise in the world of music is a true story of determination and talent.
With over 1000 live shows worldwide, Vishal has created a global fan base. He was honoured by the Canadian Government at the International Jazz Festival 2014, a testament to his international recognition.
His playback singing credits include Bollywood films like 2016 The End and Lakhon Hai Yahan Dilwale, as well as the Telugu blockbuster Bharath Ane Nenu. His talent has been celebrated with prestigious awards, including Best Singer – Bharat Icon 2018 and the Rajasthan Ka Gaurav Award.
